Recognition in audio streamHi,
I've been googling for hours and still haven't found a piece of software that can recognize a 1 second .wav file in an audio stream. The audio stream comes from my pc tuner card and I have a 1 second audio fragment from a commercial. I would like to get a message or something immediately when the audio fragment is matching the stream. (so when they are broadcasting the commercial) Who can point me in the right direction? Thanks! |

Re: Recognition in audio streamThat's a tough one. I'll leave this open so our members can read this and maybe suggest something. I don't know of anything like this personaly, but you never know who might. Stay tuned...

Re: Recognition in audio streamThanks. Although my sound fragment is non-speech, I tried searching for a voice recognition program that does the trick. No luck yet. They only let you put in words in text, not my non-speech recording that it would later recognize.
Even my old nokia phone can call someone with a voice command. So this shouldn't be impossible. |
