Real Media Catcher 4 eight minute recording

Do you guys know why it only records about 7 minutes and 58 seconds worth of live footage each time? I don't know if it's me that did something wrong or if it's the program. Has anyone run into the same issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

p.s. If this isn't the correct forum, apologies in advance and please let me know which one is.
