How To Re-Streaming RTMP streams

Hello Guys Need A Help
I want to re-broadcast someone else's RTMP streams?

i have rtmp link...
and when i try to configure RTMPdump and watch in vlc its works fine
but when i try to configure in website getting

connection failed like error

and some time connection rejected by application
something like that

can any one tell me how to fix

Use ffserver, ffmpeg, rtmpdump, VLC to convert live RTMP stream into UDP multicast
