Random Character String in URL (Timestamp in the URL of Windows Media video stream)I am trying to record a video stream from neterra.tv. I used to be able to do it easily by opening the properties of the stream in the player that opens in the IE window, finding the URL, and setting the stream recorder to record. They changed their file names though recently. After the .wmv extension, there is a string of apparently random characters that change every time a different video is played (Here is what a URL looks like: mms://149.6.140.43/btv/Shouto-Na-Slavi/Shouto-Na-Slavi_14-05-2007_22-30_q3.wmv?0Bwpz82PkTpNt14sgD1E&21313&10638187&649e 25559d4c49f6753549eb034378ba). How do I go about recording the stream?

Re: Random Character String in URLA media stream can have the URL with a timestamp. Such URLs expire quickly so one have to find the new URL just before recording. That's the only difference in recording.

Re: Random Character String in URLHow quickly do the URLs expire? I assume I have to find the URL and then quickly enter it into the recorder before it expires. Is that correct?
