Radio Stream program recommendation?

Hello!

I've been looking at a lot of the different programs out there, and am sort of confused by what programs have what capabilities.

I'm looking for a program that can capture the raw internet radio stream (no lossy conversion), and if the stream is divided by tracks, for it to be able to tag it and organize it accordingly. Or, if it is just one solid stream, for the program to be able to tag the file and split it accordingly, and then organize it accordingly (I might need an accordian according to all my accords! ).
