What version of Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) do you have? Have you tried to open your PDF file with it?

I have 1.7.2.1121.
If I try to open the pdf-file with Adobe Digital Editions it says: "This version of Digital Editions does not support documents protected by Adobe Policy Server".

The plug-in can remove DRM from files protected with ADE, it doesn't support Adobe Policy Server.
