Problem viewing some CBS videos abroad with HotSpot???

Hi, I just came across very strange thing... I used to watch some CBS videos using Hotspot Shield. I wanted to watch and download this one http://www.cbs.com/shows/the_talk/vi...talk-7-9-2013/
it's quite important for me... But I still get the "... is not available in your geographic region." information. Can someone check it and help me somehow, please?

rtmpdump just opens and closes... Can't download it and again I don't know what to do and what am I doing wrong

What you used to get the rtmp url without Hotspot Shield?
