Problem transfering wma & mp3's from player


I had some songs ripped from cd's i bought..and transferred them to my mp3 player...now the cd's wont work any more..and i really need to get the mp3's back to my pc..the problem is i can't.. ..i get this message "internatinal copyright laws prohibit uploading of mp3, wma, AAC files" any advice on what to do...?
i use a windows media player 10... and my mp3 player is mpio FD100...if that's any help...

I've seen software that can transfer music from iPod to computer however iPod is the most popular MP3 player.

As for MPIO players AFAIK there is no alternative manager software for them and unfortunately FD100 AFAIK can't be managed as a USB drive (without MPIO manager).
