How to record/download/capture/save Macromedia/Adobe Flash .FLV video HTTP stream from embedded player

I was able to record flash .flv video from fastflv player at realestateforeclosuresinvesting.com using Replay Media Catcher and WM Recorder. However Bit Recorder failed to record anything.

yes, Bit Recorder fails on recording this,but you can check their show URL option,it shows the real url of the video and its http flv,easy to record.
