Problem with Rdio

I been trying to rip from Rdio.com and I've tried RTMPExplorer, StreamTransport and Tubedigger and they all tell me I need to upgrade my browser. Now I have the latest IE8, and I'm still having trouble. Any help would be appreciated.

Add to the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MAIN\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULA TION
the following values:
"rtmpexplorer.exe"=dword:00002328
"streamtransport.exe"=dword:00002328
"tubedigger.exe"=dword:00002328

This didn't work for me. I'm on the same site, and using StreamTransport. I added those keys to regedit and nothing happened... It keeps telling I need IE9 (and i have it installed)...

For 64-bit Windows add to the registry key
