Problem: Can't seek/skip .FLV file (How to fix recorded live video stream)

Live streaming videos, by nature, do not have timecode metadata encoded into the flv.

Sometimes, SMPlayer can seek/skip flv files that don't have flv metadata

Or, you can try injecting timecode metadata into the saved flv file by using a FLV MetaData Injector such as FLVMDI/FLVMDIGUI

However, FLVMDI/FLVMDIGUI is limited to file sizes of less than 700mb, and also sometimes will not work if the stream wasn't saved perfectly (absent any interruptions or hiccups in the video/audio)
