Problem: Replay Media catcher not opening

 

Hi, I've recently downloaded and installed the Replay Media Catcher after buying it from your site, however now it won't even open? the eggtimer blinks up to show its working then disappears, and ive tried the various icons on desktop, in the folder, and on the quickbar but it will not open. Can you advise me what to do?

If you press Ctrl+Alt+Del, do you see the "MediaCatcher.exe" process and/or the "Replay Media Catcher" application in the Task Manager?

Did it crash for you before? Have you tried to reboot your computer (or just kill the MediaCatcher.exe process) and re-launch it?

I tried the product before ordering it, and decided it was worth the money, however I think something must have gone wrong with the installation process, as once I had deleted and re-installed it, it worked perfectly. OS is window XP service pack 3
Using firefox.
