Remove DRM from Sony Reader eBooks to transfer onto my Amazon KindleI recently switched from a Sony eBook reader to a Kindle 2. Does anyone know whether it is possible to convert/migrate my DRM protected Sony eBooks onto my Kindle 2?

1. From .lrf/lrx to html using the ABC Amber Sony Converter available from http://www.processtext.com/abcsonylrf.html 2. Then I use the Auto Kindle eBook Converter 0.4.50 available from http://www.download.com/Auto-Kindle-...-10907625.html to convert from .html to .mobi/azw These 2 programs are free, easy to use and produce a very readable product. I did find that making a (disposable) folder on my desktop to use in this alchemy was most handy. |
