Is it possible to record from stereo mix and mic simultaneously with screen recorder

Is it possible to record from stereo mix and mic simultaneously with a screen recorder? What I mean by this is I have an external mic, and stereomix, and my screen recorder is is just recording from my speakers. And I need to record from my mic as well. Like if I'm watching a movie, and I wanna make commentary on it, without switching between mic and stereomix every time I wanna talk.

If you are talking about screen recorders for Windows, the only way to record both stereo mix and mic I know is by enabling stereo mix
