Poor track splitting functionalityHi,
All recording software I can find that split a recording into several mp3 files do so by silence and then search for the track in some database. I need a recorder that split the tracks with information from the metadata displayed in the playlist. The reason is that most house music are not found in databases so i get wrong titles. Secondly the house radios mostly crossfade or mix the songs together wich makes it impossible for software to find a split. If the software splits when the data in the playlist changes it would be fine. Do you know such a software? regards Nima |

Re: Poor track splitting functionalityi use StreamRipper for my recording. it allows you to do overlapping so i rarely loose anything plus i can make perfect splices because of the overlapping if needed. and i can record a number of stations at the same time.
