Please please help. Re-streaming dilemma

Hi everyone
I really need some help, it's my first post so please go easy

OK, so I have a new live stream TV channel which I own. I am currently using daily motion to stream live in hd using rtmp (I have the URL which I Send my stream to)

I Want an IP broadcaster to extract the stream from dailymotion so they can rebroadcast it. I sent them the URL for my stream on daily motion here:

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x20...-toot-tv_music

I Want them to take the 720p version. They are saying that they cannot do this because daily motion player is generating a different url for the stream each time in the redirect of the player.

IS this true? CAn someone help me find the correct url so I can send them the stream .

Otherwise they suggested providing a permanent auth token, I have no idea what this is!

Can anyone help me with another idea, how do I get a stream which has a permanent URL for them to re-broadcast?

Thanks
