Please Help with Livestreamer Plugin

Can anyone help make a Livestreamer plugin for C-Span.org? There's a live broadcast tonight to test on and a few more tomorrow. https://www.c-span.org/video/?417019...-bay-wisconsin

Nevermind we found a workaround using Wirecast. We play the video full screen and Wirecast encodes the screen contents and sends to Youtube Live.
