How about the moon? FFplay is the current peak of RTMP playback, that I know of. If you dont like it perhaps you can find another, or write your own.

PS FFplay is available for Windows, as was shown in my screenshot and from this link

ffmpeg.zeranoe.com

Why do you answer with a question?

I don't write it because it's not my profile.

Re: Playing rtmp streams

Because...?

You haven't answered, why do you answer with a question?

It's probably some kind of logic i wouldn't understand. I told you that i'm not an expert on this (i'm not a C programmer), should i assume that noone knows C? Or that people who know C find time to do anything but not make this plugin? Or that it isn't needed by anyone? Or WHAT?

I havent answered this question because there isnt an answer. Maybe no one knows how to do it. Or maybe they know but they are too lazy. Or maybe the one person that knew died. Or maybe the people that know want to be paid to do it. On and on and on.

The fact is that the software does not exist as we know it, and you slamming the FFmpeg project because its not up to your expectations, accomplishes nothing.
