How to play saved video without having a Cam

I am basically looking for a program like softcam luminositi, where while you are chatting on MSN you can put a fake video that suppose to be your webcam; some saved video etc...any programs outhere like similar to softcam?I´ve tried softcam but seems like don´t work.
