Osprey 440 card - capture video in mp4 from live stream

Hello,

basically i am asp.net guy,

now my requirement is, using Osprey 440 card we need to capture live video stream and create mp4 files.

please help me, how can i start and how to achieve same? (we have osprey card sdk)
