Orb TV is a free Windows software that allows you to stream live and Recorded TV from PC to any Internet-enabled device.

To enjoy Orb TV Live, your TV cable needs to be connected to the TV tuner on the back of your Windows XP computer.

The remote device must be able to play Windows Media streams

Windows Media streams are supported by many streaming video recorders. You may use any stream recorder you like.

We've tested Orb TV with WM Recorder and Replay A/V. Both were able to record Windows Media .WMV streams produced by Orb TV.
