online.wsj.com: Finding the right video url? (RTMP)

OK, I am new to this and trying to get a copy of the following video for a project on constitutional law:

But, the url that URL Snooper produces doesn't seem to be the actually video url:

When I try to capture this, it doesn't download anything.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks!
