Octoshape streaming services error:You can not get this stream now. You may try again

I was to install octoshape streaming services to watch videos at tv.gotfrag.com through my Windows Media Player. The idea of using p2p technology to start watching videos faster and watch them with less interruptions is brilliant, but I can't watch both main video stream and the alternate stream from tv.gotfrag.com. The only thing I get is the following notification by Octoshape streaming services:

You can not get this stream now. You may try again later. (25)

I thought their server was busy, but I tried several times during the day. Plus this p2p extension should have helped to watch videos, but all I get is the above mentioned error.

I tried to view the source of the page and I found the following stream URL

When I open it with Windows Media Player it can not connect to the server anyway.

I had similar problem with Octoshape Grid Delivery enhancement for Adobe Flash Player. I couldn't connect to the server until I uninstalled this "enhancement".
