Nvidia drivers nvenc session limitations to 2hi ,
I have found a patch for nvidia nvenc drivers for linux here. https://github.com/Snawoot/nvidia-patch this patch remove the session limitation (max 2) I would like to have the same patch but for window x64 driver.
