Not able to remove DRM on Windows 7

I was able to remove drm with the Calibre Plugins, on my Windows XP PC, but not able to remove the drm on my Windows 7 laptop, and I installed and customized the plugins the same way. Do I have to do something different with Windows 7?

I deleted the drm ebook from B&N and re-imported it and it worked!
