I'm creating a training video with WM Capture. I have a microphone. The video portion is fine, but my audio will not playback. I am running Vista. A couple of times the audio did playback for about the first 10 seconds, but then stopped while the video continued. Now I can't get any audio at all. The setting for "Use Vista Audio Recording" doesn't work at all (I guess because I'm using a mic). Universal Recording doesn't either. I have tried every combination of settings with no luck. Please help. I need to get this video done and I am very disappointed with this software.

Hi Karen, I use windows Vista as well - here is how you get the audio working on it.

In settings, go ahead and enable the Universal Audio Driver - that should allow you to record the sound on your PC as opposed to your microphone. :-)

Let us know how it goes - simple fix I know, but it should work for you.
