Netflix got original file but need help

hello,
today i've got netflix original file of movie the problem is that image show as like this on my pc



but on the device it work fine.

Wow, what are you recording it with? I use Screen Capture tools such as Replay Video Capture and it works fine for me...

sounds like you downloaded an encrypted file somehow.
i dont think anyone has cracked netflix yet, most people use Screen Capture tools such as Replay Video Capture to make rips...

how did you download the file?
