Is net 2.0 safe to install.

I am using FairUse4WM to backup my music and i'm wondering if its safe to install Net 2.0 so that I can use FairUse Commander. Will I still be able to use FairUse4WM and backup my music aftwards.

Did you mean Dot Net 2.0? If you download it from microsoft.com, then obviously it is safe to install.

In that sense Dot Net 2.0 is safe to install. It is not Windows Media Framework or something that can upgrade your IBX version.
