Need some help downloading from stickam.com with rtmpdump

Hello

I need some help and hope that some of you can help

I try to save live-videos from the following site with rtmpdump:
  • _http://stickam.com/

i had no luck so far and didn't know how to change the hosts-file at Windows Vista to use rtmpsvr.
