Need to secretly record Skype calls on my comp. - in/out video/audio.

Hello,
I need to secretly record Skype calls on my comp. - in/out video/audio. Is there any software to help me? ...So it would be triggered on/off by a Skype call or running/exiting the prog. Any solution?

Seems like I've found a kind of solution on the forum: PowerGramo. It's not hidden, but can help me somewhat. Still looking for a completely secretive thing.
