Need Kodak Video Editor that can crop, trim, merge videos & add effects to them

I'm looking for a Kodak Video Editor that can crop, trim, merge videos and add effects to them.

Conversion to formats supporter by Windows Movie Maker, iMovie or at least Sony Vegas and Adobe Premiere Pro is a strong plus.
