Need Help:Software similar to Wirecast (stream live videos &support more than 2 cams)

Helo,
My name is igor and im Brazilian, i have tons of problems and i hope some one can help me.

1 - i download the wirecast 3.5.8 for PC but i couldnt find the serial number and i dont want to pay 500 to have it. Is there any FREE good software to stream live videos and suport more than 2 cameras??

2 - whats the diference between the media encoder stream and websites like ustream and justin.tv?

3 - is a 3g mobile internet with 1 mega per second enough for streaming a live event?

4 - Where can i find nice tutorials?
