I need help recording streaming videos from stickam (record rtmp flash video stream)

I want to record streaming video from stickam, how can i do it?

Their card or software is not so good either, when I schedule recording and come back to watch, the program has crashed is left hanging/stalled/freezed half way through the recording but the tv is still playing...very frustrating..
