if the stream is not online then you can't also stream something.

Please try it on Sunday from 7 pm GMT.I need it for a friend who will not be at home to watch it on TV or on PC.Just a private use not to stream a link in anywhere.

Its working but also used dynamic playpath (?ticket=hashX) per session.If hash is no more valid then you get a rejected message by rtmpdump.
