need help - get "connect failed" when i put the id and the password ( dvr screen )

Hello

its not the first time that im installed remote control for the camera !
so this time i got this msg "connect failed"

i have standalone dvr connect to 2wire modem\router i opened all the port that i need ! like this :

in the firewall setting i choose the dvr by the ip ( 192.168.1.68 ) the dvr is on static ip

TCP\UDP 9050-9150
TCP\UDP 80-80

When i try to log from same network in my computer its not a problem and im able to see the cameras

but when i log in from other network different modem by ip i can see the screen that its ask for the ID and Password and when i put there the id and the password of the dvr login so its give me this "connect failed"

I thinks its somthing with the fairewall or the ports but how can i fix that
