Many Arabic TV channels... Need help

Hi there. There is potentially MANY Arabic TV channels here, but I haven't been able to figure out how to get them. http://pastebin.com/JXqJSQMM

They are using an internal proxy to mask the source, but it seems there should still be a way to go directly to the source streaming server. Here is what I have tried so far:
