Mac OS X: record certain programmes from radio station to listen on my ipod

I would like to be able to record certain programmes from my favourite radio station to listen to again on my ipod. Is there a program that can do this (preferably free !!!) thanks in advance

Jaksta for Mac allows to download music from Icecast/Shoutcast radio stations. It supports many other formats as well. And it can convert downloaded files onto iPod format and add converted files to iTunes.

You can also download music from Icecast/Shoutcast radio stations use StreamRipperX, a GUI application for Mac OS.
