login problem

i have newly taken public ip like http://175.101.65.30/
technician setting the dvr (dhaua company-7 cameras) but my office not displayed through camera. when i login to cameras through IE login failed displayed. At the same time this problem raised to me in my mobile through gdmss HD app
so give me advise what the setting i observe in dvr,wifi router, system, and my mobile
