Don't call the link you have postet.Just use the livestreamer tool as nullacht already said or use the AdobeHDS.php script by KSV.Also you need to refresh the link so the postet link by nullacht don't work anymore.

You can use the HDS Link Detector add-on or URL Snooper etc to get the datas you need.
Exsample:
