Joing m3u8 chunks with crypt.key

I have all m3u8 chunks downloaded, they are encrypted, and I have also downloaded the crypt key.

How do I merge the chunks using FFMPEG?

Did you get the playlist too? You may need it for the IV value of the key. Unless the IV value starts at 1.
