iViewnapper fetch failed

Hi all, iViewnapper was working fine but recently started having this problem - fetches index ok on first try but when I try fetching episode rtmp window opens and reckons its connecting + iViewnapper shows it's fetching the episode, then after a few seconds rtmp window closes and iViewnapper shows fetch failed, I get an empty file and that's it. Does anyone know how I might fix this prob? iViewnapper worked great for me for a while but has been doing this for the last month or more. Screen caps are attached.
