IviewNapper and Lite errors

I would be appreciative of someones' experience in helping me over these frustrating issues.

I downloaded Iviewnapper 20101218. The first time i ran it it came up with all the shows but when i tried to grab one it just sat there doing nothing.
Subsequently when I run the program it comes up with the Napper screen and says it is " Initiallizing Iviewnapper" But then a small screen pops up with " Unhandled exception has occurred in your app. Blah,Blah

I have seen this on a thread somewhere but I cant find any resolution to this prob.

I would like to know why this is happening. Have I done something wrong? If so how come it worked first time?

In frustration I downloaded the LITE version 20101218.
I unzipped it and ran it in it's own folder and she worked like a treat. I managed to download 10% of the show I wanted to watch in 3 hours (love dialup). To speed up the process I connected it to wireless. But when I tried to run the program again it gave me another error...

But this hta file is still in the directory where it found it the first time. Is this file just a one shot program? I get frustrated that I can only get it to work once. There appears (to me) to be no apparent reason why it shouldnt work everytime.
