ITV Download fails on last Episode!!!

Hi,
Downloading above suspicion and I have first two episdodes no problem but last episode I get error message as follows:-

Download failed, no valid file downloaded
Couldn't download any videos.

The script still works on other programs. Any clues on how to fix please?

Never did get this sorted but obtained the data by other means.
Now using revised version of get-flash-player so please consider this thread closed!
