ISM download - missing chunks

Hi

I am trying to download this:

However, all works well until the final part where a few missing files stops the download and isnt able to continue.

in the manifest, the end of file happens at 22:58.0906666

it stops at 22:58.05053333


what can be done to it, or if the downloaded chunks can be joined together?

waiting for a solution, to join the chunks together. the chunks are stored in this folder 'QualityLevels(1216000)'.

is there a command line to make ismdownloader work with chunks manually?

May I ask, which ismdownloader you are using? I'm looking for something like this for a similar scenario.
