iMovie and FairGame question. Can't find "Import" preference of iMovie HD.

I downloaded the FairGame software and printed out the instructions. I can't find the "Import" preference of iMovie HD. My iMovie doesn't say HD, do I have the wrong version of iMovie to use the FairGame software to remove DRM on the songs that I've purchased in iTunes?
