Ignoble Key errorSo I have a few books that my Calibre plugin is not working to remove the DRM from my B&N books. I know that my account name is correct and that my cc# is correct but for some reason it is simply not working. This is the error I get.

Re: Ignoble Key errorDid you use full name, e.g., JohnDoe,CC#? I found just using the last name did not work.
