IBX is 11.0.6000.6324 after rolling back WMP and reindividualizing

I actually have the impression that the individualizing procedure now leads to an updated IBX (11.0.6000.6324), whatever version of WMP one uses. I have indeed downgraded WMP (to 11 beta 2 and also rolled back to WMP10) but everytime I individualise Fairuse4WM 1.3fix states the IBX is the newer one.. can anyone confirm?

Did you delete the DRM folder before reindividualizing? (Note that this procedure deletes all your licenses!)
