HP Envy 17 3D Shutter Glasses are modified Xpand Universal X103 3D Glasses

The 3D shutter glasses that are bundled together with HP Envy 17 3D Notebook do look like Xpand Universal X103 3D Glasses, but they do have a minor difference and that is the fact that the version for HP does not have the power button and the led indicator that are present on the original X103. On their website Xpand says that their X103 universal glasses also do have support for the HP laptop, so if you need another pair of shutter glasses to go with the Envy 17 3D you should get the X103.
