hetgesprek.nl: Problem to download an RTMP video-file

I'm not from a english/american speaking country, so may be I've made some translation mistakes.

I want to download the video-file:

try to recod with freeware Grab Pro or CooJah + Blader. or try to record with commercial RTMP Flash stream recorders like Replay Media Catcher (RMC), Jaksta
