HELP: Trouble recording Internet video

I'm trying to get video from this site: www.flowrestling.org , example video:http://www.flowrestling.org/coverage...T#.VmcD9bgrLIU]

Can anyone recommend a program that can capture streams from this site. I have tried a bunch of other RTMP program with no luck.
